My neighbour recommended the Melbury Clinic to me following a successful and relatively pain free experience having suffered with a problem with her veins for an number of years and which she felt were unsightly. She was delighted in being able to "show off" her legs again in a skirt in summer following her treatment. We were chatting about her experience and she had no hesitation in recommending that I should seek advise from the Melbury Clinic. I made an appointment regarding a minor issue I had with my right leg. Dr Gajraj put my mind to rest following a thorough examination of both legs. He explained very clearly what was being shown on the ultra sound scan as he completed all the checks. He identified what was causing my problem and assured me that all my veins and valves were in good working order. I came away happy with the consultation and with peace of mind knowing that there was nothing to worry about. All the staff were tremendously helpful and Ros English, whom I spoke to and emailed several times, was fantastic with all the information being clear, precise and concise.

I am always treated with care and respect. Any investigation or treatment is fully explained. The clinic is clean and the staff are friendly. I'm treated with dignity and my privacy is upheld. My consultant always gives me time and |I never feel rushed. My consultant always explains treatments and how they can help and what they entail. I feel reassured that my condition is being managed well and I have recommended this service to my friends. I have faith in my consultant that he has my best interests at heart.

Can't put into words how well my mum and I were treated . So grateful for the advice and support given for my mum. if you have a vein/leg problems go there asap don't rely on a gp go straight to a specific consultant.all staff at the VEIN clinic were great.thank you all once again. Sue neale

Excellent service and care from all staff at the clinic. All staff went above and beyond to make my treatment as comfortable as possible. Staff were always on hand to answer any questions I had even at a weekend when I had a slight worry. I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone thinking of having treatment. Mr L Evans . I accompanied my husband for Bilateral Radiofrequency Ablation, Sclerotherapy and Phlebectomy on 26.1.17. He was terribly nervous as he had never had a procedure of any kind, but the staff were so friendly and professional. He quickly felt at ease and completely safe in their care. The standard of hygiene was excellent. Mr Gajraj was polite, patient and reassuring. Importantly, he was also gentle. My husband soon felt relaxed in this environment. He felt no pain whatsoever and found it an amazing experience. Afterwards, the nurses made us both a welcome cup of tea. We were able to ask any questions then. My husband hasn't needed any pain relief at all since. After two days, we were able to take off the dressings and the result is unbelievable! The huge vein has gone of course and there is no bruising at all anywhere. You would not know that he has had a procedure. Really fantastic! Thank you to the nursing staff and of course Mr Gajraj a very skilled surgeon indeed.
